Terms of Service

Before confirming and agreeing to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), please carefully read all content, especially the provisions related to limitation of liability, refunds, and service suspension.

This Agreement applies to your access to and use of the 语钧AI platform, APIs, proxies, and related digital services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). 语钧AI is operated by 语钧科技（泰兴）有限公司; this company is the contracting seller of 语钧AI API Credits and digital services under this Agreement.

By registering, purchasing 语钧AI API Credits, or using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.

Scope of Services

语钧AI provides AI and data APIs, HTTP proxies, data processing, and related developer services. The specific available services, features, prices, and technical requirements shall be subject to the content displayed on the platform checkout page and the corresponding service documentation.

Some Services rely on third-party technologies and infrastructure. We may adjust the implementation of the Services based on availability, quality, security, or compliance requirements, but will not disclose unnecessary internal service sources or routing information in public customer documentation.

语钧AI API Credits

语钧AI API Credits are prepaid digital usage credits used for consumption of 语钧AI APIs and related digital services within logged-in accounts. Credits are issued electronically to the account or Application specified in the purchase order and do not involve the shipment of physical goods.

Credits are deducted based on actual service calls, task execution, or the billing rules displayed on the checkout page. Users may manually top up; after automatic top-up becomes available, users may also select a balance threshold and top-up package and link a bank card, upon explicit authorization allowing the platform to initiate non-recurring charges when the balance falls below the threshold. Historical payment credentials will not be automatically migrated, and reauthorization is required when the payment method changes. Credits will only be issued after successful payment confirmation; if verification fails, reauthentication is required, or consecutive charges fail, automatic top-up will be suspended or disabled. Users may disable automatic top-up at any time in the console, and disabling it will not affect previously completed transactions.

Purchase, Delivery, and Charges

Users shall select a genuine and available package through 语钧AI’s logged-in checkout process and complete payment. After payment is successful and the payment status is confirmed, the corresponding Credits will be issued to the account or Application specified in the order. Order records, balance changes, and service usage may be viewed in the platform account.

If payment is successful but Credits are not properly issued, please do not make a duplicate payment, and provide the order number, account email, payment time, and payment amount through the official support channel for verification and handling.

Users must ensure that account information and payment fund sources are genuine, lawful, and authorized. For fraud, unauthorized payments, card testing, abuse, or other high-risk activities, we may reject transactions, suspend Services, freeze unused credits, or terminate accounts, and cooperate with payment institutions and relevant authorities in investigations.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

语钧AI provides digital services delivered immediately or based on usage. Credits and Services that have been normally completed and consumed are generally non-refundable.

Refunds or corrections may be processed after verification in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges occur for the same order;
  • Payment is successful but the corresponding Credits are not delivered;
  • A verified technical failure causes the purchased Services to be unable to continue being provided;
  • Other circumstances in which refunds are required by applicable law.

Refund requests shall be submitted through the official support channel and include the order number, account email, payment time, amount, and description of the issue. Approved refunds shall in principle be returned to the original payment method; unused Credits corresponding to the refund will be withdrawn. For orders involving unauthorized payments or disputes, the relevant accounts and credits may first be suspended to complete the investigation.

Digital products are not subject to shipping and return procedures applicable to physical goods. Subscriptions or ongoing services may be canceled in accordance with the instructions on the relevant product pages; service consumption already incurred will not be automatically refunded due to cancellation.

User Responsibilities

Users must ensure that their use of the Services complies with laws and regulations and that they have obtained the rights and authorizations required to process the data, content, credentials, or systems they submit. Users may not use the Services to engage in fraud, infringement, bypassing security controls, testing stolen payment instruments, or other illegal activities.

Unless expressly permitted by the product page or a written contract, users may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense access to the Services.

Service Security and Availability

We take reasonable measures to maintain Service security and availability, but the internet, third-party infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and force majeure may result in Service interruptions, delays, or functional adjustments. We may suspend relevant functions for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, or compliance needs, and notify users through platform announcements.

Supplementary Terms

This Agreement takes effect when users register for, purchase, or use 语钧AI Services. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and a separately signed written contract between both parties, the written contract shall prevail; matters not covered shall be subject to this Agreement and the relevant rules published by the platform.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Third-party product names, model names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the 语钧AI platform are owned by their respective rights holders and are used solely to describe compatibility or service capabilities. Such display does not necessarily indicate that 语钧AI has any affiliation, cooperation, endorsement, or authorization with the relevant rights holders.
